Rob Laub

Rob is a financial and operational leader with more than 35 years of experience in communications, advertising, public relations, and management consulting. As Blue State’s Chief Financial Officer, he oversees Finance and IT functions — including financial reporting, forecasting, expense management, and ensuring the overall financial health of the business.

Before Blue State, Rob held CFO and COO roles across the industry’s leading holding companies and independent agencies, including inVentiv Health, Rabin Martin, J. Walter Thompson, and Lowe and Partners. He began his career at Ernst & Young.

Rob is a CPA and graduated summa cum laude from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Accounting.
