Dani Sorensen

Dani leads fundraising and mobilization for Blue State’s political practice, with a keen focus on building sustainable programs and long-term relationships with supporters that drive record-breaking results.

Dani got her start in email fundraising at Blue State before joining Elizabeth Warren’s presidential fundraising team. She then moved to Congresswoman Katie Porter’s 2020 re-election campaign as Digital Director, leading the multimillion-dollar online fundraising program in-house. After that, she directed brand and digital for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s re-election, overseeing the campaign’s 100% grassroots fundraising operation and creative work.

She will gladly talk about Kansas City sports with anyone within earshot.
