Noelle leads Blue State’s Strategic Communications practice and brings decades of experience in cultural impact, social justice, campaign leadership, content creation, and influencer strategy. She has been honored to work with a wide range of clients at Blue State including Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

Previously, Noelle was a Principal at The Raben Group, directing communications efforts for clients such as the Sundance Institute, Ford Foundation, Color of Change, and United We Dream. She also led cultural engagement & advocacy at Everytown for Gun Safety, overseeing the annual National Gun Violence Awareness Day campaign, and managing high-level media partnerships. A former journalist, Noelle served in editorial leadership at Real Simple and Time Out New York; has written for dozens of publications including The New York Times, Parents, Glamour, and Salon; and authored Dress Codes, a Lambda Literary Award-winning family memoir.
