Lizi Zipser

Lizi is based in London, leading a global team while ensuring client satisfaction, success, and innovation across Blue State. Over the last 20 years, she’s worked with clients including Save The Children, UNICEF, Plan International, The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), the International Rescue Committee, Oxfam, WaterAid, WWF, Greenpeace and many others in more than 40 countries. She’s helped raise billions, transform cultures, technology and programmes, and drive progress.

A data evangelist and mentor to many senior clients and sector leaders, Lizi is a frequent guest lecturer at the Bayes Business School’s Centre for Charity Effectiveness, where she received her MSc in international NGO Management, specialising in Marketing and Fundraising. She studied Social Sciences at LSE, and holds an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience, where she explored the psychology of giving and behaviour change which has sharpened our methods for leveraging cognitive science to drive social impact.
